Bug Guard is Avon's most popular summer item.  It is America's #1 deet-free repellent, which you must use if you have children.  I love how the Expedition and Family Guards also have an SPF of 30, which is hard to find with bug spray.  It is sweat proof and 'very water resistant' (45 minutes submerged). 

I would suggest not buying the disappearing color because it doesn't fade very well, especially if you have dry skin (unless you want to look like an Avatar).  Also, do not buy the aerosol cans, they have an unpleasant scent to them and it is more difficult to apply to the face without getting in the eyes.  If you are on-the-go the Picardin towelettes are a good idea, but remember they don't have SPF. 

I like the lotions the best because it makes your skin so soft.  It is great how you don't have to wash it off and have that 'sticky' feel to your skin.  The non-aerosol cans have a pleasant summery smell to them.  I live in a mosquito infested area so I love this.

Their regular price is a few dollars more than 'OFF' but the sale price will last quite a while and you can price match for 4 weeks after the sale has ended, making it cheaper than OFF.  I believe that they will go on sale 4/6/2012.

I've been excited to try this product out since it's been featured on the Dr. Oz Show & most recently, The Today Show.   The instructions say for best results to use every other day, but dermatologist say to not use more than twice a day - I think it depends on your skin type, so if your skin begins to get irrated don't use it as often.   It does burn a little but your skin feels so clean and fresh afterwards.  My skin seems much smoother and I don't have occasional breakouts as often.  You will notice a definate difference in your skin after 2 weeks.  If you want more dramatic results follow the steps below:

For Dr. Office/Professional Results

(1) Thoroughly cleanse skin with an appropriate ANEW Cleanser

(2) Use ANEW CLINICAL Advanced Dermabrasion System Scrub (best applied onto hand-held facial cleansing device), then after a few min, rinse & pat dry

(3) Lastly, Use ANEW CLINICAL Advanced Retexurizing Peel, in an upward motion.

Oily skin will require more frequent use

Avoid Sun during peak hours, and use Sun Screen or ANEW lines of DAY CREAM with SPF. Even if only driving, when using any such Glycolic or AHA system, use SPF prior to going outdoors.

I just started using the serum so my review will be coming soon!  I have heard that the attached mascara isn't very good, but with it being on sale for $4.99 just use the serum (that's why your buying it anyways).  If it works like Latise (as I've heard it does) I will be definetly stocking up. I heard a rumor that it is on clearance because they will soon be making it without the mascara attached (serum only).  Avon won't bring in an improved or updated item until the old item is completely sold out (this is why I always get great deals in the outlet).

Can I tell you how much I love eyeshadow?  I have so many colors of all different brands.  But I hate how eyeshadow doesn't last very long on me without first applying a primer or concealer so I was very excited for this product.  I ordered the Pink Sands color, which goes on very very light.  I think it will only show up if you have a dark complexion, so I just used it as a base.  It goes on moist but dries very quickly so you can layer other colors on top.  It didn't cause any creasing which I was worried about.  I didn't think it lasted any longer than my other eyeshadows.  I might be returning this item.

I was very excited for this product since it has great reviews on AVON's site, but was somewhat disappointed after first using it.  Because I have extremely straight eyelashes I always curl my eyelashes before and after applying mascara, yet if you try to curl your eyelashes after applying this mascara it will clump your eyelashes together badly.  The bristles are very short so it is difficult to separate the lashes if clumping occurs.  I also didn't like how thick & stiff the wand is, when running low this will make it difficult to 'swirl' the wand to scrape the mascara off the sides. I have found that if you curl the wand while applying it goes on very well and looks great. After using this method I really do like this mascara.  I think you have to always give 1-2 weeks of an adjustment period to decide if you like a new product.

This hand cream is very comparable to Aquaphore but is more creamy.  It isn't as greasy as Aquaphore but leaves your hands about half as sticky.  This worked great for my cracked knuckles & dry cuticles.  I also used in my daughters eczema rosy cheeks and it worked great.  I think my favorite part is not having the greasy feel.  I am definitely now a fan.  I really thought I would have some lower ratings as I demo'd the products, but I can't help but love these skincare products.

This is AVONs original body lotion that so many people rave about.  I think it is comparable to Jergins and Lupiderm, but is much thinner.  It goes on soft and is not oily.  If you can get it on sale, it will be the best deal you can get on any high quality lotion.  This worked great for my dry skin but didn't help my daughters eczema - so I would recommend the moisture therapy if you have extremely dry skin.  The original does not have any scent.  I have heard many good things about this lotion, and having owned basically every brand of lotion I have to say I am very happy with it.
