All the prices I list on my reviews are regular prices, not sale prices. Remember that AVON has thier products go on sale quite often. You can also price match an item 2 campaigns before and 2 campaigns after the current one.
What is a campaign?
Each of AVON's brochures are designated a campaign and will last approximately 2 weeks. In other words, it is the current sale that is going on.
